Learning continues throughout life and, as an AOII, the best part is the opportunity to learn together. AOII encourages all members to excel academically and has many programs designed to assist women in achieving their academic goals. Expectations are high but the support provided by scholarship programs, academic development officer resources, and fellow members makes success attainable.
Academics are very important to us at AOII. Our chapter average GPA is a 3.5 which is 5th among all other Panhellenic sororities. Our chapter's GPA is above the all sorority average, and our sisters are very involved in may different academic honors societies including Alpha Psi Omega, Phi Upsilon Omicron, Phi Eta Sigma and Alpha Lambda Delta.
In the Spring of 2016 we had 63 sisters make a 4.0 GPA and an additional 161 sisters make the dean's list!
